Honestly, I don’t know how they do it but I’m certainly not complaining.

Last month, Stylevana reached out to me for a collaboration and wanted to send me a few items. As much as I love korean skincare, my heart still gets excited and beats fast whenever I encounter new makeup to play with. After all, I started this blog because of my obsession with makeup, and my obsession has never faded. Going back on topic, Stylevana sent me some makeup and skincare to try out.

My Low Buy Plan for 2018

Yes dear readers of mine, just as I’ve mentioned it on my New Year’s resolution list, I fully intend to be on a low-buy phase, both in the skincare and in makeup department. For the past few days, I’ve been trying to organize my stash and I found out a couple of untouched and slightly used makeup and skincare. Some I have completely forgotten about. In an effort to use them up, I’ve brought them out within easy reach.

Rather than produce a list of brands I won’t be spending money on — because let’s face it, if I’m going to take this seriously, it’s going to be quite a long list — I’ll be restricting my buys to brands I know have been special to me. I have carefully narrowed them down here and some with specific items only.

I was reading my beauty resolutions from last year and I’m quite proud to say how I’ve come so far. True, there were some resolutions that I didn’t follow through but more than half of them, I did. Today, I’m listing down the resolutions I’m going to try to achieve this year.
