If there was one thing I have come to appreciate about Asian skincare, it’s the essences. I honestly feel my regimen’s incomplete without them. I first used the SK-II last year and after finishing off the bottle, I asked my friend to buy me one of COSRX’s from the Skincare Curator. Continue reading
I’ve started amassing highlighters again. What’s new? But this time though, I’ve made time for drugstore highlighters. Remember my beauty resolutions for this year a few posts back? Anyway, some new ones got delivered the other day from @this.and.that.by.k. And I realized I’ve gotten quite the collection from Wet N Wild, hence this photo on Instagram. Continue reading

For me, 2016 was a year of highlighters, liquid lipsticks and eyeshadow palettes. Those 3 basically littered my vanity table from drugstore brands to high end products. Instagram has been a huge enabler (and help?) for my addiction, introducing me to different brands and people who further enable me, thus a never-ending cycle. Continue reading

Where did this come from you may ask. Well, I was very much influenced by a close friend who has been my shopping buddy and no.1 enabler since medical school. She’s on Instagram as @kimchiandsnails, so go follow her if you’re a fan of Asian beauty, I command you. Now let me show you some of the brands or products I’ve already got my eyes on.
