After coming back from Taiwan last December, we headed to the Duty Free Fiesta Mall in Paranaque City for some holiday shopping. Then while at the fashion and beauty section, my mom dropped these words, “Get whatever you want. It’ll be my gift to you.” So I went to MAC to get a few items from my wishlist. One of them was a Pro Longwear Paint Pot. Continue reading
Up until recently, I’ve never had a moisturizer I can call as my holy grail for my skin type skin. I actually have a list of moisturizers included in my wishlist and among those is the LGH Hope 5 Alpha Control Cream. I bought one early last year and I decided to put it to the test. Continue reading
Just like last year, I decided to put together all items I’ve hit pan on, emptied and the ones that didn’t work for me. Let’s get into those shall we?
With a low-buy year, I thought I wouldn’t have products I’d be disappointed in but then I take a look at the photo above and realize 3 out of the 5 items were PR products. I’ve only reviewed 2 — the Maybelline Superstay Full Coverage Foundation and the Eyenlip Pure White Tone-Up Cream. You can click on the links to know why they didn’t work for me. I was already thinking of how I could get it without breaking my resolutions when I got news that I was being sent the product. Yes! Here’s my full review of it now. Continue reading

Skincare, on the other hand, became a major interest/issue because I did promise to step up with my routines. But I also stayed true to my one-empty-one-newbie policy although I had about 2 to 3 items opened up at a time because I had products sent that were needed to be reviewed. I also increased my water intake (yay!). I’m still not able to drink 2L a day but it’s more than 1.5L at least.
Now for those new year resolutions: Continue reading
