I love using glittery makeup as toppers to any look. Eyes, cheeks and lips, I enjoy giving another dimension to whatever makeup I put on. Just in the nick of time, I was sent a mascara from VUE DE PULANG to test out. Since mascaras need to be thrown away and replaced every 3 months, it stands to reason that the L’Oreal mascara I opened last January should be discarded by now.
