I am very excited to show you guys some new products I received in the mail. The other day, a box was delivered to my home and I wasn’t able to open it until yesterday. I was expecting a few packages and to my surprise, the box came from Skinx, a beauty retailer based in Singapore. They sent me a few items I had been hoping to try someday — they’re actually all in my wishlist.
Now a bit of info about Skinx. Like I said, they’re based in Singapore. They have a physical store there but you can also find them online. It’s not just skincare they care; they also have a variety of makeup products. They have a mix of both Asian and Western brands to suit your needs. For those residing in Singapore and Malaysia, they offer free shipping. For more information about them, you can visit their website.
Before they sent me these items, they asked what my skin type was. So I told them I had oily, dehydrated skin and my main concerns at the present are dehydration, large pores and hormonal acne. Now let me show you what they sent me.
- Pyunkang Yul Skin Set which has the Essence Toner, Moisture Cream and Moisture Serum. Just seeing the box in front of me was amazing. After using PKY’s Mist Toner, I know I need to try more of their products.
- Pyunkang Yul Moisture Ampoule. I’m glad for this because now I can compare it with the Moisture Serum. Which one will suit me better, hmm?
- Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant. I’m thinking of opening this first because I’m feeling a bit more bumpy than usual on my chin.
- Paula’s Choice 10% Niacinamide Booster. I was waiting for my no-buy period to get lifted before I buy myself a new niacinamide serum but getting this is mind-blowing.
Thank you so much for all these Skinx!
I’m going to review all of these eventually but I won’t be able to use them all at the same time. With skincare, you have to incorporate new products one at a time and you need to wait for a few weeks before you can add another. Also, I usually wait at least a month of using any skincare before I review it. In that way, I can somehow gage if it’s working for my skin type or causing a negative skin reaction.
Which one would you like me to review first?
