I’ve got more empties to show you dear readers of mine. That means more skincare items! I’m just realizing now how it takes quite longer to hit pan or finish up any makeup items. I’m hoping I’d get to do that sometime this year, and not just on brow pencils. Anyway, let’s get to those skincare empties, shall we?
First up are the cleansing duo from Fancl, the Mild Cleansing Oil and the Aging Care Washing Cream. So far, the Fancl cleansing oil has been one of my top favorite picks as a first cleanse. I’m already writing it down on my list of repurchases (for when I go back or someone goes back to Japan). But as for its foaming cleanser, it’s not for me. It cleans up the entire face, yeah but my skin always feels a little tight afterwards. I’m just glad it was a deluxe sample rather than full-sized.
Next is the Klairs Midnight Blue Youth Activating Drop, which snuck up on me unexpectedly. Being empty, I mean because one day I was immensely enjoying it and the next, I didn’t realize I was already on my last drop. It’s all the dark bottle’s fault! Yes, this is also on my list of repurchases but not before I go through some of my other “anti-aging” serums, which could take a long while.
I thought the Biore UV Perfect Face Milk will also be on my repurchase list. I really did because it gives me such a nice matte finish. But right now, I am loving another Biore sunblock more, the UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence. And as of this post, I am actually thinking of getting another because I can feel I am already halfway through with it.
And lastly, I’ve emptied out the Nuxe Micellar Cleansing Water with Rose Petals. I didn’t write a review for this because honestly, I didn’t use it much on my face. The rose scent is too strong for me and I remember thinking you need a lot of product to remove makeup. But don’t quote me on that because like I said, I didn’t use it as much as I should on the face. Most of the time though I spent it cleaning up my arms when I do makeup swatches. At least it got some use, right?
Next up are these face masks. I didn’t do much sheet masking last month because of the Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin E Mask. I’ve been using it as an overnight mask twice a week now because it just feels so luxurious and my face feels baby soft and smooth the following day. As you can see, there’s some Naruko, Esfolio, Nature Republic, Mediheal, and L’Affair (furthest one on the left).
Ok that’s it for now guys. What products have you finished last month?
