Swatch Day Sunday Vol.20: My Favorite Drugstore Highlighters

I’ve started amassing highlighters again. What’s new? But this time though, I’ve made time for drugstore highlighters. Remember my beauty resolutions for this year a few posts back? Anyway, some new ones got delivered the other day from @this.and.that.by.k. And I realized I’ve gotten quite the collection from Wet N Wild, hence this photo on Instagram.

And I got bored so I just started swatching them all on my arm. Anyway, I couldn’t stop being amazed at some of them so I decided to post the swatches of my fast-becoming favorite drugstore highligters to date. The swatch photo you’ll see below excludes two Wet N Wild ones, btw.

The J.Cat Beauty Triple Crown Baked Eyeshadows in Creme Brulee and Dolce de Leche. are not highlighters but they can certainly pass off for one. Thanks to @toniiisia, I found out how awesome these are when swirled together.

The Essence Pure Nude Highligher may not be as shimmery as the ones beside it but it doesn’t make it any less special to me.

I’ve seen the Wet N Wild To Reflect Shimmer Palette in Boozy Brunch several times in makeup videos and flatlays. Had I known it was going to be this pigmented, I’d have gotten it ages ago.

The Wet N Wild MegaGlo Highlighting Powders in Precious Petals and Crown of My Canopy have been a huge hit for me since the day I got them. I’m so thankful they’re now permanent items of the brand.
