The Review:
The Tarte Colored Clay Bronzer Blush comes in a brown plastic compact weighing about 9 grams/0.31 oz. The shade I have is Pink Bronze, comprised of five different shades ranging from light and medium pinks to warm-toned tans and bronzes embossed with some kind of leafy print. (Very tropical, I like it. And very much welcome for spring and summer.) Swirl your brush on top of the pan to create an overall warmth that sits right in the middle of healthy glow and subtle tanned complexion. I honestly can’t describe it better than that. I can try but it might sound too vague.
I’m trying to find a brush small enough to tap solely into that medium pink shade but that’s more of a wishful thinking. That pink is just too much temptation for a blush! LOL.
The texture of the powder is soft and heavenly. The powder blends easily on my cheeks and can be layered without difficulty. There’s no shimmer or glitter involved but the finish is not totally matte. There’s something to be said about its radiant finish. It lasts me for about 8 hours before I need to whip it out and reapply. I have never experienced any kind of fallout from this compact too. I’ve been using it every damn day since my hands got a hold of it and I can’t stop. I keep expecting the leafy print to disappear one of these days from too much use.
You’ve impressed me yet again Tarte. This product definitely deserves a two thumbs up that I ‘m adding the other shade, Peach Bronze to my list.

Absolutely love the print and mixture of colors but it’s quite light! I would much prefer it to be deeper in color otherwise it’s a gorgeous piece!

I actually don’t use bronzer much (except in summer), but this one looks pretty and natural! I also like the pattern. Things with pretty patterns automatically earn brownie points in my book LOL
